It is part of the family of sled sports, like Bob and Luge. In this sport the competitor run as fast as he can for 50 meters with the skeleton subject in both hands and lies on. The address of the skeleton is controlled by the competitor with slight body movements. There are two individual events at the Olympics skeleton, one for men and one for women. Both tests contain four races in two days. The athlete with the best combined time wins every race testing.
